About
I grew up on a tile jobsite. Now I get tile crews more work.
I am Leo Johns, owner of More Tile Jobs. We work only with tile installation companies, one per territory.
Flasim Shqip. We speak Albanian.

I learned the business on the jobsite.
I am a first generation immigrant from Albania, and I grew up working in my dad's tile installation business. Before I ever thought about marketing, I was on the jobsite, and by the time I was 12 I had a jackhammer in my hands.
That is where I learned what tile work really is. It is physical, it is exact, and the customer notices every grout line. It is also a business that lives or dies on whether the phone rings.
So when I talk to a tile company owner, I am not guessing at your day. I know what it takes to do the installation, and I know what it takes to get the next job in the door. More Tile Jobs exists to connect those two.

The work
I understand tile because I did the physical installation work myself. I know what a good crew is worth, and why a busy owner has no patience for vague reports.
The jobs
I also understand how a tile company gets its jobs through marketing. Most owners are busy running crews and finishing projects. We handle the profile, website, and follow up work that helps the next customer find you.
Why that matters to you
You will know who you are working with.
We can talk about your business in English or Albanian. Either way, expect a straightforward conversation.
Flasim Shqip. We speak Albanian.
- One tile contractor per territory, so I am never building a competitor's calls while I build yours.
- A monthly report that shows where each call came from, in plain language.
- Tile installation companies only. We do not serve stone fabricators, countertop shops, or tile retailers.
Trade experience should make the advice more useful.
Growing up in Sons Marble & Tile taught me that a finished room is only part of the story. The estimate, preparation, customer expectations, and next job matter too. That is the perspective behind the practical guides we publish for installation company owners.
Show the actual work
Use genuine project photos and explain the scope behind them. Do not hide behind stock portfolios, borrowed credentials, or a promise to handle trades you do not perform.
Ask better questions before the estimate
Service, location, material readiness, access, timing, and the decision maker help determine whether an inquiry fits. A busy phone is not the same as profitable work.
Separate marketing activity from outcomes
A search impression or AI citation is not a booked installation. Review calls and inquiries alongside estimates and actual work, with the source and limits of the data made clear.
Free audit
