How territories work

  • Metros under about 1.5 million people are one territory, so one tile contractor gets the whole metro.
  • Larger metros are split into territories of about 1 million people.
  • Each territory is defined by an exact list of ZIP codes, which is written into your agreement.
  • You can claim more than one territory, at $2,500 per month per territory.
